nBanks presents banking transformation to universities
nBanks' active collaboration with universities offers the possibility of discovering a new banking world.

nBanks' active collaboration with the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho and the Faculty of Economics of Porto gives the scientific community the opportunity to discover a new way of relating to the transforming banking sector.
With the aim of strengthening financial literacy among the academic community, nBanks integrates events that can raise awareness of the great disruption occurring in the banking sector.
nBanks' collaboration with the School of Economics and Management (EEG) at the University of Minho (UM) and with the Faculty of Economics of Porto (FEP) has been an important vehicle for transmitting the values by which the fintech is governed, such as impartiality, rigor, and transparency.
Thus, the collaboration between these entities also aims to integrate young people into the financial context and, therefore, nBanks presented itself at both institutions and proposed an innovative business model, where impartiality is a fundamental basis.
FEP is the University of Porto's school responsible for teaching and research in the areas of economics and management and, therefore, creates the possibility for companies and/or institutions to propose master's curricular internships to its students, something that nBanks welcomes.
nBanks thus intends to reinforce FEP's mission to “train current and future generations of economists and managers, developing and socially transmitting knowledge in economics and management”, in order to build a stronger economy.
To introduce itself to students, recently, nBanks also participated in Braga, in the EEG's skills development program, where it presented its objectives, values, and beliefs in a brief presentation that gathered about sixty students.
Orlando Gomes Costa, one of the founders of nBanks, was the speaker of the session and presented to those present what is the “first open banking platform in Portugal” that promises to create new business opportunities and optimize the banking relationship between clients and financial institutions.
Thinking of students, the founder also presented short-term career opportunities at nBanks to some of the students who were present in the auditorium.
nBanks uses the latest market technology and provides its clients with total control over their banking relationship.
Founded by three professionals with extensive experience in the financial sector, this fintech relies on the diverse backgrounds of its founders to enrich its operations and cover various areas. This action is one of several integrated into the social responsibility program that nBanks will develop throughout 2019.
