Through the growth of its sales team, the company is once again, for the second time, a leader in disruptive innovation. Now in the organizational sphere, it is responsible for structuring the world's first team of Advisors in Open Banking & Financial AI.

The financial management platform, which has more than 5,000 users, essentially multinationals from the construction, transport, public and hotel sectors, distributed across more than 75 countries, thus takes “another step towards digital transformation”, says CEO Orlando Costa. In five years, this team is expected to grow by more than 90%, reinforced to keep up with the rapid growth in the company's client portfolio, in terms of volume and diversity.

It has vast experience in the financial market, with deep knowledge in the areas of investments, treasury management, and a solid foundation in technology and artificial intelligence. Its function will be to provide personalized support to Banking as a Service clients and nBanks' Premium Plan, ensuring a service adapted to the needs of each company.

Miguel Silva - Head of Sales
Technology consultant in digital transformation projects, specialist in software solution development and process automation. He has already supported several companies so that, with process reengineering and via Artificial Intelligence modules, they could count on more qualified management and enhance efficiency in decision-making and resource management of their processes. He masters the area of RPA and combines exact sciences with a vocation for Commercial Management. He describes himself as “an engineer passionate about technology and innovation” and, now, with a new challenge in hand, he will be the leader of the nBanks Advisors team.
Rita Ribeiro - Open Banking & Financial AI Advisor
She began her career in business development and management, acquiring, over the subsequent years, skills in the B2B context, with functions such as prospecting, preparing commercial proposals and client management. With a growing interest in the area of technology and innovation, the trained manager joined nBanks, where she promises to contribute her specialized knowledge and immerse herself in new concepts and functionalities, aiming to enhance and optimize the team's results.
Ricardo Pinheiro - Open Banking & Financial AI Advisor
He has solid experience in various financial areas, having performed payment, credit and financial reporting management functions in renowned companies and multinational environments. He worked with several European markets, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the Iberian Market, where responsibilities included supporting financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, always in connection with tax compliance and accounts payable processes. He is, therefore, equipped to act based on process efficiency management and, having “felt the pains that many of nBanks' clients reflect”, his dedication, now as an Advisor at nBanks, lies in optimizing financial management.
Francisco Oliveira - Open Banking & Financial AI Advisor
Graduated in Economics, with a particular interest in Finance. He briefly worked in the banking sector, through Millennium BCP, where he discovered a passion for the commercial aspect. Combining these two experiences, academic and professional, and the excellent results obtained across the board, he was selected as nBanks' first Trainee in Open Banking & Financial AI Advisor. He brings to the team the dynamism and business articulation of Banking, combined with the current knowledge and contemporary concepts, from his recent time at the Academy.
